Funny you should question water towers. I have also wondered those same things (well, except the animaniacs; I haven't given them much consideration). I am 45 years old and still don't know the answer to your questions. Please, once you find out the answers, post them so I can put my mind at rest.
You make my day. I know that's sad but I love to read you at the end of a hard day. Sometimes you make me laugh out loud. I also love the pictures, videos and stories about the kids. Keep up the good work
